La Capelle is comprised of two buildings, a beautiful stone built two storey villa that sleeps up to five people and a separate two story gite with its own facilities including triple bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, (please note there is a micro-wave oven and hob, but no oven in the gite).

The property is situated in the heart of beautiful countryside a few kilometres from the bastide town of Puycelsi with private grounds and a beautiful swimming pool

The main villa has been designed with a large open plan living space, bright airy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard with stone and wood features.The bathroom/toilet is off the living area on the ground floor. The bathroom is a large room with separate bath and shower cubicle, with a separate loo.

The house is fully equipped with WiFi, a dishwasher, British TV, DVD, CD player, washing machine, fridge freezer and a microwave oven.

In the main house there is a large double bedroom and a triple bedroom on the first floor. There are no bathroom/toilet facilities on this floor.

The gite contains a large bedroom with one double and one single bed, and a large en-suite bathroom with an extra loo on the first floor and an open plan kitchen/lounge area on the ground floor.

Outside the grounds are completely enclosed and the pool has a fully approved security fence.
